The purpose of this Sources Sought/Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing the following: Remedial Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration of one Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) located within the Inspection Crib area of the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. Potential vendor must be an appproved provider of required services, which may include (but is not limited to) machine disassembly, equipment repair, mechanical component overhaul/machining, minor or major component replacement, control repair, electrical system replacement and repair, mechanical alignments, and critical surface lubrication for service to the CMM. Potential vendor must show proof that they have the capability to provide service for both the software and mechanical aspects of the Zeiss CMM. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
