Provide 3-D printed molds of M776 Muzzle Brake, produced from listed STL Models and drawings provided at request. There is a technical data package which is provided within the attachments and drawings section that will be distributed to approved vendors in accordance with the Contractor Vendor guide located in the provided attachments. There are several components of the mold each of which shall be made to specific scratch hardness permeability, and of those to be produced with 100% chromite must be made from HEVI-Sand additive manufacturing grade chromite. The requirement is for a quantity of five with the opportunity for the design to change after each mold without exceeding the overall size. Additional molds only to be received one at a time. The STL files are distribution C and the terms of use and distribution of such information fall IAW the vendor’s previously signed DD2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Vendors requesting the model STL files listed in the attachments section will need to submit a request through the BetaSAM System in accordance with the directions provided in the Contractor Vendor Guide listed in the attachments section. (Same process as requesting access to the controlled drawings). Please note that access will only be given to each file as it is individually requested. Please process a request for all 6 controlled STL files and the drawings separately. Interested quoters shall provide the signed request for quote (RFQ) and completed price matrix (Attachment 0001) to the points of contact by the RFQ closing date of 14 May 2020.
