Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues the solicitation, W9098S20Q0042, for servicces of Foundry Conveyor System in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The Contractor will provide on-site contract services to replace obsolete equipment and install the newest version of Allen Bradley Software, new controller, touch screens, install informational screens on touch screen and to provide all the material for the installation of the programmable logic controller programming and equipment. Additionally, both operators and maintenance departments will need training on the new equipment. ** This action is Brand Name for Allen Bradley Software**. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking vendors with the capability to provide replacement of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in support of the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Vendor is requested to replace obsolete equipment and install the newest version of Allen Bradley Software, new controller, touch screens and informational screens, and material for installation of PLC programming and equipment associated with the foundry conveyor system. In addition the vendor will provide training to the production and maintenance personnel on how to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the coveyor system. At a miniumum, interested vendors shall provide the following information with their response: - Company Name with POC Name and Contact Information (Name, Phone, and Email), - Company CAGE Code and DUNS Number, - Breif description of company's experience with Programmable Logic Controller and Allen Bradley Software, - Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM).
