The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). The result of this solicitation will be an unpriced purchase order issued in accordance with FAR 13.302-2. The Period of Performance (POP) will be 1 (one)year after date of contract award (ADC). This contract will include an option for an additional two (2) option years. Exact dates will be specified in the contract. Award of this solicitation will be made to the lowest priced,responsive, responsible offeror. Contractor responsibility will be determined as outlined in FAR 9.104-1.
