This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice in accordance with FAR 13.105, Synopsis and Posting Requirements, is to notify the public that solicitation W9098S19Q0036 for Transparent Window Armor, is anticipated to be forthcoming. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract at the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This requirement will be 100% small business set aside, NAICS code 336992, PSC code 2590. All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 11 Sep 2019. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing http://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an interested party list, therefore, it is recommended that any interested parties periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain amendments which may be issued.
