Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Adhesive Backed Neoprene Rubber in support of Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisiton of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is competed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 326299 – All Other Rubber Product Manufacturing. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation as outlined in FAR 9.104-1.
