Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a 2Ton Brdige Crane in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is posted as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 333923, Overhead Traveling Crance, Hoise, and Monorail System Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the contractor with the lowest priced, responsive and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation outlined in FAR 9.104-1.
