Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues combined synopsis/solicitation W9098S-22-Q-0011 for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). These Steel BPAs will be used to support scheduled production jobs that require various types of steel required by RIA-JMTC. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.303 for BPAs using firm fixed price call orders for the particular requirement solicited. ACC-RI is seeking vendors willing to enter into a BPA, as defined by FAR 13.303 for a period of five (5) years from the date of award. Exact dates will be specified in the BPA. All call orders under a BPA shall continue until the performance is complete and the order is paid, even after the BPA expiration date. See attachment for further details.
