Part number 13102852, 13” x 13” x 2”, 12 lb. steel armor weldment, quantity of 524 minimum, up to 2,987. Part number 13102853, 13” x 13” x 2”, 12 lb. steel armor weldment, quantity of 524 minimum, up to 2,987. Please see the attached drawings for more information. - This process requires a pre and post "baking" operation for stress relief and hydrogen embrittlement relief, respectively, because of the material hardness. Contractors would be expected to perform these processes as well. Interested vendors are requested to provide the following; Vendor name and CAGE code, business size, estimated cost, estimated product lead time, capability statement, and potential capacity (such as number of parts per month).
