Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) has a requirement for 6 EA, Twist Reamer, Solid Carbide, Right Hand Six Flute Twist, Flute Angles as noted on print, coolant to exit in Valley of Flutes, Coolant Hole size and location to be determined by Manufacturer. Other dimensions not listed are to be Manufacturer standards. Material to be cut is Titanium 6AL-4V El I, coating on cutter is acceptable, in accordance with the drawing 13017531. Drawing 13017531 is attached to this posting. Please note, it is Distribution Statement D. The purpose of this notice is to request a quote for this requirement. Requested delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. If you can't meet the requested delivery date, please propose an alternative delivery date.
