2DEC19: Amended closing date to 3 DEC 2019, same time. November 22, 2019 SUBJECT: Request for Quote (RFQ) for Gage Set in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). SUSPENSE: 1500 Central Time, December 2, 2019 REFERENCE: Drawing for Gage Set Reference Number: 8448438-61 Rev A (Access Request required, See Attachments section below) Vendors provide "Cage Code" when requesting drawing access under "Reason for Request" Attachment 0001 – Pricing Matrix Attachment 0002 – Clauses Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby issues RFQ # W9098S-20-Q-0031 for procurement of Gage Sets in support of JMTC. These gages must be produced and delivered in accordance with the respective drawing on the posted notice on BetaSam.gov. A single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order will be awarded as a result of this RFQ to the responsible contractor submitting the most advantageous price and delivery schedule. Quotes shall be submitted using the Attachment 0001 Price Matrix. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted and the availability of funds. 100% Small Business Set Aside North American Industry Classification System: 333515, Cutting Tool & Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing Product Service Code: 5220, Inspection Gages and Precision Layout Tools Quote shall include: Completed Attachment 0001 – Price Matrix Interested parties shall refer to “Attachment 0002 – Clauses” for reference and full text clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement. Invoicing will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with clause 252.232-7006 in “Attachment 0002 – Clauses.” Quotes in response to this RFQ are due no later than 1500 Central Time, December 2, 2019. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Contracting Specialist, Ms. Clarissa Bermodes at clarissa.d.bermodes.civ@mail.mil and Procuring Contracting Officer, Mr. Nathan Bowers at nathan.b.bowers.civ@mail.mil.
