The W9098S-20-Q-2766 Request for Quote (RFQ) is a new requirement for Milling Cutters in support of Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, Rock Island (JMTC-RI). Requirement is identified as Distribution D. It is a controlled access requirement and vendors must have the correct credentials in order to participate and access the controlled drawings. The requirement’s specifications shall be equivalent to provided controlled access drawings SBF-6580 (2.5”), SBF-6581 (1.5”), and 3890AS004844-5. Delivery is scheduled 30 days after award date of March 13, 2019 (April 13,2020). Item is to be delivered to the Joint Manufacturing Technology Center, Rock Island, IL, 61299-5000 Building 299, Door 16A. RFQ is for the following commercial items: CLIN 001 W52H1B001301KR ITEM - 2.50” Cutter UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH QUANTITY = 3 Drawing: SBF-6580 (2.5”) Drawing Provided - Distribution D Controlled Access CLIN 002 W52H1B001301KV ITEM – 1.50”Cutter QUANTITY = 3 Drawing: SBF-6581 (1.5”) Drawing Provided – Distribution D Controlled Access CLIN 003 W52H1B001600NR ITEM – Solid Carbide Cutter QUANTITY = 20 Drawing: 3890AS004844-5 Drawing Provided – Distribution D Controlled Access TOTAL QUANTITY OF REQUIREMENT = 26 Requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award. The successful bidder will be awarded based on their lowest total price for requested items. Contractor responsibility will be determined as outlined in FAR 9.104-1. The government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and availability of funds. 100% Small Business Set-Aside North American Industry Classification System: 333515 Product Service Code: 5133 (Drill Bits, Counter bores, etc.) Interested parties shall quote for all CLIN items.
