Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking vendors with the capability to forge aluminum parts (approximately 49 3/4 inches Long x 34 1/8 inches Wide at one end and 19 inches Wide at the opposing end) in support of the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center’s (RIA-JMTC) requirement for approximately 15 each mortar turntables. Vendor is requested to provide forging of part only. RIA-JMTC will perform all post forging machining, drilling, painting, etc. A Government drawing (#10885911) is available upon request. Drawing will only be released to an authorized data custodian. All other requests will be rejected. At a minimum, interested vendors shall provide the following information with their response: - Company Name w/POC Name and contact information (Name, Phone, and Email), - Company DUNS Number / Cage Code, - Brief description of Company’s experience with forging aluminum, - Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), - Minimum order quantity, and - Estimated Delivery Lead time.
