The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on the behalf of Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) located in Rock Island, IL., is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties working in conjunction with RIA-JMTC personnel, Vendor will commit to a full organization of the HUSK (Heavy Equipment Transport Urban Survivability Kit) for point-of-use item locations. VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) for 600-800 parts. This includes, but is not limited to, the resupply of designated items by the Vendor through regularly scheduled reviews of on-site inventory counts, removal of damaged or outdated goods, and the re-stocking of inventory to predetermined levels at their specified locations. * Please note that the Scope of Work is attached. Please note that these documents will be in draft version only and are subject to change. For planning purposes only, the Government anticipates a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The minimum quantity is twenty four units with a maximum quantity of one hundred and fifty eight units. One (1) unit will consist of all of the items that are listed on the Items List that will be provided during the Solicitation. Respondents should demonstrate that they possess the experience and technical capability to support this requirement. Respondents shall provide a summary of their company’s capability, CAGE Code and whether their company is large or small business.
