The purpose of this amendment P00001 to solicitation W9098S-19-T-0076 is to provide responses to RFIs and extend the solicitation by two (2) additional days to close on Friday 17 May 2019 at 1630. 2. Any current vendors that have provided a quote are authorized to make any necessary changes to the quote in response to the provided information in the attached responses to RFIs. 3. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation stays in full effect. End of Amendment Original Narrative The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues the request for quote W9098S-19-T-0076 for the procurement of fifty-six Aluminum Ramp Gratings IAW drawing 11B5091681, in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement will be firm fixed priced and set aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. All contractors who provide goods to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If you are not registered in SAM, you cannot be awarded a DoD contract. The internet site for registering in SAM is https://sam.gov/. You may also contact the SAM Help Desk Support at https://www.fds.gov or 866-606-8220. A certificate of conformance (CoC) is required with each shipment of the aluminum ramp grates.
