PdM TTS is seeking industry input and white papers on integrating Group 1 UAS training into TRACR II ranges and demonstrating compliance with the UAS TRACR II ICD. Respondents should describe implementation plans, testing and validation methodology, message handling/processing, behavioral compliance, IP-based network communications, control-state transitions, command execution, and any additional hardware needed to communicate with the TRACR II computer. The Government is developing a software compliance test tool to validate conformity, to be released to respondents at a later date, and respondents may comment on unclear ICD portions or propose improvements. Administrative responses should include company/CAGE/UEI and POC details, business size and socioeconomic status under NAICS 541512 or 541511, and relevant experience with similar DoD or regulated cross-network data-transfer solutions. This voluntary RFI will inform acquisition strategy, will not reimburse costs, and responses are limited to a five-page white paper excluding specified ancillary materials.
