The requirement for SaaS fuels distribution instrumentation at six fuel sites across North Dakota for the North Dakota Army National Guard has been cancelled. The original notice sought SAM-registered vendors able to expeditiously install the system, with the PWS and a digital photo attached, noting North Dakota’s remoteness from major population centers. It sought a short-term solution to upgrade an outdated software distribution and tracking system, with possible longer-term options pending available funding. Small Business preference was prioritized, and large businesses were asked to identify authorized Small Business resellers/distributors, while Small Businesses partnering with large businesses were asked to disclose the arrangement regarding a potential brand-name-only system. Depending on sources-sought responses, an expedited RFQ could have been issued with award by the end of Fiscal Year 2026.
