The North Dakota Army National Guard seeks information from qualified, SAM-registered vendors capable of installing a SaaS Fuels Distribution Instrumentation system at six fuel sites across North Dakota. This is a Sources Sought notice to assess vendor interest, expertise, and ability to support the requirement in a timely and cost-effective manner, with the government prioritizing award to small businesses. Depending on responses received, the agency may issue an expedited Request for Quote (RFQ) with an anticipated award by the end of Fiscal Year 2026.
