Amendment No. 002 __ NDNG - Dental Equipment
This opportunity is for a State Medical Detachment’s dental equipment requirement and will be awarded as a best-value tradeoff, with an attached Justification & Approval (J&A) to review. All eight equipment CLINs are subject to the dealer requirement, and quoters must be authorized dealers or representatives of W&H Dental Restorative and Surgical Products. Only the Lexa sterilizer and Assistina One are W&H items; the remaining equipment comes from Air Techniques, Solmetex, and A-dec, and using those manufacturers’ authorized dealer channels also satisfies the small business quoter requirement. Patterson Dental catalog numbers must be converted to the original manufacturers’ catalog numbers when preparing a quote.
