This second required submittal document ensures the Government that the small business offeror has met all technical requirements along with putting forward a fair and reasonable, fair market value, price. Request for a Quantity of one each SONOR SQ2 Drum Kit and Accessories, fully compliant with the posted Product Description document. This is a Brand Name only requirement, with the justification document posted. All interested offerors shall complete and forward the attached RFQ letter with the required information to include pricing and digital signature by an authorized representative.
