This award will ONLY be made to a vendor who has previously been First Article Tested (FAT) approved for this requirement due to time constraints. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W901UZ23Q3136 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 dated 26 April 2023. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical specifications and delivery. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Additionally, offerors must quote all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. *See attached RFQ for additional Information* All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database.
