This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See the attached RFQ, Specification sheets/drawings, and Statement of Work for solicitation details. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 dated 5 June 2020. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413 Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, specifications and delivery. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database. Lack of registrations in SAM will make an offer ineligible for award.
