This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W901UZ19R9206 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 dated 13 Aug 2019. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335312, Motor and Generator Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 applies to this action. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the request for quote, will be most advantageous to the Government (price and other factors considered). The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical specifications and delivery. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Refer to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014).
