The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground Orlando Division has released draft SOW, specifications, and Sections L/M for industry feedback on the Royal Saudi Land Forces CH-47F Chinook and UH-60M Black Hawk Flight Training Devices requirement. The draft documents are preliminary, subject to change, and do not constitute a solicitation or Government commitment. Available funding for the requirement is $58M. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 07 Dec 2026 from 9:30–11:30 AM EST at Partnership II Building to provide an overview and allow clarifying questions. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written questions before the conference, and responses given at the conference are informational only, with official responses, if any, to come through the formal solicitation process.
