RFI: Targetry Range Automated Control and Recording II (TRACR II) Software
The U.S. Army's Product Manager Tactical Training System (PdM TTS) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather technical solutions for transferring unclassified data between a closed range network using TRACR II software and a separate cloud-based database. Currently, the network's Authority To Operate (ATO) prohibits external connections, forcing operators to manually record and re-enter data. The government is seeking approaches for uni-directional or bi-directional data transfer, including impacts on existing hardware, software, and the ATO, as well as details on implementation and documentation. Respondents are asked to submit a company profile to help determine potential small business set-aside opportunities under NAICS codes 541512 or 541511. Responses are voluntary, limited to a five-page white paper, and will be used solely to shape the government's acquisition strategy.
