Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS)
The U.S. Army is soliciting proposals for Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS) to provide continuous support for MSTCs and other training events at Army locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. The contract will be a single award Firm Fixed Price with a base period and four 1-year options. Proposals are due by 09:00 EDT on 27 July 2026, and late submissions will not be considered. Interested prime contractors are requested to notify the government via email within one week of this posting to assist with administrative preparations. Oral presentations will be held in person after all proposals are received.
