The Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-ORL), is hereby issuing this notice to formally cancel Solicitation Number W900KK-26-R-A017 for Medical Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) Reason for Cancellation: After a thorough review of the requirement, the Government has determined that substantial changes to the project’s scope of work are required to meet mission needs. Additionally, there has been a reprioritization of available funding for FY26. In accordance with FAR 15.206(e), when an amendment is so substantial as to exceed what prospective offerors reasonably could have anticipated, the contracting officer shall cancel the original solicitation. Furthermore, it is in the best interest of the Government to cancel this solicitation until the revised scope is fully defined and the necessary funding is certified and available. Future Actions: The Government anticipates re-soliciting this requirement under a new solicitation number once the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) and funding are finalized. Prospective offerors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future updates. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-APG) Orlando, on behalf of the Capability Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), is officially soliciting proposals for the Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS). This requirement is to procure continuous, uninterrupted I/O support for the MSTCs as well as support for other miscellaneous courses and training events located at Army MSTCs throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. The anticipated contract is for a single award Firm Fixed Price Mandatory Minimum Staffing Baseline (MMSB) contract which has a base period and four 1-year option periods.
