The U.S. Army is soliciting proposals for Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS) to provide continuous support for Army Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs) and other training events across CONUS and OCONUS. The anticipated contract is a single award Firm Fixed Price Mandatory Minimum Staffing Baseline (MMSB) contract with a base period and four 1-year options. The proposal submission due date has been extended to 10 August 2026, 09:00 AM EST, due to a pending pre-award protest. The Government intends to post an Amendment 02 soon, which may update proposal preparation instructions, so offerors should monitor SAM.gov before finalizing submissions. Performance will occur at Army MSTCs throughout CONUS and OCONUS.
