Notice 01: Due to conditions that limit the Government’s ability to timely offer a fair opportunity for requirement, it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government to cancel the Apache AH-64 Transition Training Support (ATTS) solicitation W900KK-25-R-002, effective immediately. Purpose: This notice is to synopsize the requirement for Apache AH-64 Transition Training Support to the U.S. Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.204. The Army Contracting Command – Orlando (ACC-ORL) plans to issue a solicitation on behalf of PEO STRI and Program Management Office Apache for the Apache Transition Training Support (ATTS) single-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract aims to qualify and train operators, maintainers, Maintenance Test Pilots (MTPs), support personnel, and other authorized individuals to effectively transition operations to the AH-64E V6 (and any subsequent AH-64 versions). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611512, with a small business size standard of $34M. Scope: The contractor will be responsible for qualifying and training the aforementioned personnel to effectively operate and maintain the AH-64E V6 and future configurations.
