REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AMENDMENT 0004 – June 27, 2023: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1)Provide responses to request for clarifications received. 3) Revised the EDIF-IE RFP Attachment 16_PP_Questionnaire Letter to correct the point of contact information. 3) Provide a new EDIF-IE_Attachment_13_PreawardSurveyChecklist 4) Revised Sections L.2.6 and L.4.3. As a result of this clarification amendment, the proposal due date remains unchanged. Proposals are due July 6, 2023, at 2:00PM EDT. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AMENDMENT 0003 – June 15, 2023: The purpose of this amendment is to: Incorporate changes and revised attachments as a result of the questions and request for clarifications received. Provide responses to the questions received in response to the EDIF-IE Request for Proposal. Extend the proposal due date from June 22, 2023, to July 6, 2023, at 2:00PM EDT. Proposals shall be submitted via the DoD SAFE site, https://safe.apps.mil/. Note: A code for the SAFE site must be requested from one of the RFP Points of contact if you do not have a common Access Card (CAC). The code is good for 14 days from the date of issued and good for the submission of up to 25 files/8GB. Additional codes can be requested if the proposal submission is more than 25 files. Offerors are advised the SAFE restricts the maximum file submission to 8 GB. Chrome and Edge are recommended. Internet Explorer limits SAFE uploads to 2GB; therefore, it is not recommended. Offerors shall include the following information in the SAFE upload comments block: Offeror’s name, Solicitation number, primary and alternate points of contact (POC) (include name, email, and telephone number(s) for each POC). ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AMENDMENT 0002 – May 23, 2023: The purpose of this amendment is to add Sections L.0 and L.1.
