Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items Agile Professional Services ("APS”) Department of the Army
The Army Contracting Command - APG - Orlando Division seeks Agile Professional Services (APS) to augment CPE ST3’s military and government civilian workforce under a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, labor-hour/time-and-materials contract (NAICS 541990). The requirement is performance-based professional support across full lifecycle management for simulation, training, testing, and threat solutions, with the critical goal of transitioning CPE ST3 to a task-based, outcome-driven Agile delivery framework. The total period of performance is up to 66 months, beginning with a base period from 15-Feb-27 to 14-Aug-27 and option periods running through 14-Aug-32, including a FAR 52.217-8 extension option. Work may be performed at Government facilities, contractor facilities, and remote locations; primary Government sites are Orlando, FL, and Redstone Arsenal, AL (including 24/7 operations), with additional sites in the U.S. and at Hohenfels, Germany, and Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Security requirements include a probable facility clearance without storage and probable Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI clearances for certain employees.
