This is a presolicitation notice for a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking industry feedback on the planned LTRaC MAC 1 contract. The contract will establish a Multiple Award Contract for providing and installing live-fire training systems, including targets and range control software, at military ranges worldwide. The government is not requesting proposals at this time and will not award a contract based on this draft. Comments on the draft RFP must be submitted via a specific form to a provided email address by 2:00 PM EST on November 18, 2024. Performance of the services will occur at live-fire training areas globally, including portable ranges, Home Station ranges, and Combat Training Centers.
