Notice ID:W900KK-24-R-0003

This is a presolicitation notice and draft request for proposal for the Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) Multiple Award Contract 3, seeking industry feedback. The final RFP is expected within the next week. The contract will be a full and open competitive IDIQ vehicle with a five-year base period and one three-year option period to support hardware-centric efforts, including technology refreshment and modernization, for various live training range and instrumentation systems. The government will award the MAC to all qualifying offerors who submit a technically acceptable proposal with acceptable past performance, excluding price as an evaluation factor for the MAC award itself. Performance of services is not tied to a single specified location, as work supports systems at multiple sites including Combat Training Centers and live-fire ranges for the U.S. Army and Marine Corps.
