On behalf of the U.S. Army Program ARMY TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER (ATSC), TRAINING SUPPORT SYSTEMS ENTERPRISE (TSS-E), Fort Eustis, VA, the Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-ORL) is issuing this synopsis IAW the requirement at FAR Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) with Cost provisions Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for the TSS-E requirement. TSS-E’s primary mission is to provide realistic Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC&G) integrated training and program support for implementation and operations to Headquarters, Department of the Army (DA), the U.S. Army installations, the U.S. Army Commands (ACOMs), the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and IMCOM Regions, the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC), ATSC, the U.S. Army Environmental Command (AEC), the U.S. Army National Simulation Center (NSC), the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and Combined Arms Command (CAC), U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC), and the U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG) Direct Reporting Units (DRU’s). Services will be performed at Government facilities and/or contractor facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and its territories and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The solicitation is anticipated to be posted 4th QTR FY22 under solicitation number W900KK-22-R-0016. The TSS-E Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) has been posted to SAM.gov on both 03 Feb 2022 under "W900KK-21-TSSE3." Note that the Draft RFP was for informational purposes only and did not constitute a solicitation.
