The Army Contracting Command-Orlando in Orlando, Florida is issuing this notice as a means of identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for support services for the U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E) requirement. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) with Cost provisions Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract with a one year ordering period and four, one year options for the TSS-E requirement. TSS-E’s primary mission is to provide realistic Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC&G) integrated training and program support for implementation and operations to Headquarters, Department of the Army (DA), the U.S. Army installations, the U.S. Army Commands (ACOMs), the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and IMCOM Regions, the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC), ATSC, the U.S. Army Environmental Command (AEC), the U.S. Army National Simulation Center (NSC), the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and Combined Arms Command (CAC), U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC), and the U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG) Direct Reporting Units (DRU’s). Services will be performed at Government facilities and/or contractor facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and its territories and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This procurement is under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541990 - “all other” professional, scientific, and technical services, with an associated size standard of $16.5M average annual revenue. This notice is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for proposal. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
