***10 Aug 2020 Update*** Amendment A0004 has been accomplished to include additional clauses/provisions. ***29 July 2020 Update*** Amendment A0003 has been accomplished to provide Industry Q&A submitted. ***27 July 2020 Update*** Amendment A0002 has been accomplished to provide Industry Q&A submitted and a revised SOW/SRD.The submission due date has also been extended. ***29 June 2020 Update*** The Industry Q&A submitted in response to the Draft FORS is attached. The Final FORS and revised attachments are also attached as amendment A0001 to W900KK-20-R-0051. Questions concerning this FORS shall be received no later than 10 July 2020.Questions concerning this FORS shall be received no later than 10 July 2020. ***20 May 2020 Update*** The Government intends to hold a Pre-Submission Conference at Ft. Eustis on 3-4 JUN 2020. Only current TSC IV small business contract holders may attend. A maximum of 3 personnel (U.S. Citizens only) from each company may attend. If your company is interested in attending, please provide an email to the Contract Specialist with your list of attendees at blake.l.mcilvane.civ@mail.mil no later than 27 May 2020 at 1300 EST. As part of the facility access, attendees will be required to adhere to certain requirements such as; Social Distancing, COVID Screening, PPE requirements etc. Some PPE will be available for attendees. Additional information concerning the specifics of the conference will be provided once the number of attendees is known. This notice includes the Fair Opportunity Request for Submission-Draft (FORS-D) W900KK-20-R-0051 and associated attachments. The FORS-D is issued as a 100% Small Business Set aside using Training Systems Contract IV IDIQ Multiple Award Contract. Please review the SOW, SRD, Evaluation Criteria, Delivery Requirements, and other Terms and Conditions and submit related questions/comments. Prospective Offerors may submit questions pertaining to this FORS-D to the Contract Specialist at blake.l.mcilvane.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer at eric.c.hertl.civ@mail.mil. All questions pertaining to the FORS-D must be submitted no later than May 8, 2020 at 4:00 PM EST.
