UPDATE 13 DEC 2019: Amendment 0001 update to the ARCENT TSS Solicitation W900KK-20-R-0048 includes (1) Amendment 0001, (2) answers to questions regarding Phase 1 (Technical Experience), (3) a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) and (4) the Conformed Copy of the Solicitation, as of Amendment 0001. As indicated in previous updates, responses to Phase 1 of this Solicitation (W900KK-20-R-0048) are due Monday 16 DEC 2019, at 12:00 P.M. EST. UPDATE 9 DEC 2019: This update includes a new version of ARCENT TSS PWS Appendix D (TADSS Locations & Availability), as previous versions of the file were corrupted. UPDATE 2 DEC 2019: This is the release of the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Training Support Services (TSS) FINAL Solicitation W900KK-20-R-0048. The Solicitation number has been renamed from 19-R-0048 to 20-R-0048, as a result of the transition of the Government Fiscal Year on 1 October 2019. The Final Solicitation (W900KKK-20-R-0048) includes all Exhibits, Attachments and Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendices, with the exception of the Technical Manuals (TMs), referenced under Appendix G and Programs of Instruction (POIs), referenced under Appendix F, which will be provided to Offerors, once Offerors have been notified that they will be requested to participate in Phase 2 of this 2-Phase Solicitation. Additionally, although some questions from Industry regarding the Draft USARCENT TSS Solicitation have been answered with updates to the Final Solicitation, all Draft Solicitation questions will be answered prior to the Final Solicitation Phase I question due date. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command Orlando has a requirement to procure training support services (TSS) for the Program Executive Office for Simulation Training & Instrumentation (PEO STRI) to support the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) mission in Kuwait and other locations within their area of operations (AO). The TSS will provide technical expertise, system operators, maintenance and lifecycle support for the sustainment, operations and support management of numerous Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) within the OCONUS USARCENT AO. Operation and maintenance support of the various types of Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training ranges, equipment and facilities are a primary duty of the service providers
