PM CT2 is the Army’s premier provider for major and minor test instrumentation systems. The E3 Systems Modernization Program and contract vehicle was born from the 2013-2014 Army Test and Evaluation Enterprise Strategy, to provide modernization to the facilities and electromagnetic specialized equipment and measurement instrumentation to the Electromagnetic Radiation Effects (EMRE) Test Complex at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM. The infrastructure and test equipment at the EMRE Test Complex have become antiquated and/or obsolete in some instances. The E3 contract and subsequent Delivery Orders (DOs) are providing modernization and enhanced capabilities to the EMRE test mission, to include electromagnetic specialized equipment and measurement instrumentation.
