This synopsis is not a request for quotations or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around August 27, 2025 for Dental Treatment Services for indentified Servicemembers during a six month period beginning the latter part of September. This is a test program (replacing the current voucher reimbursement program) for local treatment services in the greater Las Vegas and Reno/Carson City areas of Nevada. If successful, a longer term contract is contemplated. The anticipated solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price per treatment purchase order, and multiple awards may be considered. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached. This is not a request for responses, but interested vendors are encouraged to email gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil with a capability statement and their SBA business size based on NAICS 621210 with the SBA size standard of $9M.
