Amendment 0006 - This is Amendment is to: The purpose of this amendment is to address questions received in relation to Amendment 0005 and provide response. No further questions will be accepted. Amendment 0005 - This Amendment is to: The purpose of this amendment is to provide updated documents in relation to the consolidation of two follow-on contract requirements and allow for second round of questions due to Consolidation and extend the proposal submission due date. The attachment for Amendment 0005 is follows: 1) Solicitation Amendment 0005 2) Conformed copy of Solicitation and CLIN structure 3) Attachment 1 PWS (Sept 2022) 4) Attachment 2 QASP ( Sept 2022) 5) Attachment 5 Labor Categories (Sept 2022) Amendment 0004 - This Amendment is to: Extend the response due date to 26 September 2022, as amendment 0005 will be issued that will include revisions to the PWS, supporting attachments. Amendment 0003 - This Amendment is to: 1) Provide answers to Questions. 2) Provided updated attachments. Amendment 0002 - This Amendment is to: 1)To extend the proposal due date. 2) Amendment 0003 will be issued with responses to questions and answers with revised documents on or about 15 August 2022. Amendment 0001 - This Amendment is to document and correct the version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) posted on 6 July 2022 on SAM.gov. Question sreeived for this RFP that was due on 13 July 2022 will be addressed in a seperate Amendment. This requirement is for Non-personal services in support of Biomedical Research Services at the WRAIR. The services will support the Centers of Excellence for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience Research (CMPN) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD.
