The requirement is for non-personal service for the procurement of the technical expertise and support services necessary to perform Blast and Acoustic Characterization and Performance Effects Studies in support of the Blast Induced Neurotrauma Branch missions. The CMPN and USAMRD-W require both on- and offsite professional research support services to support operations as a whole. Specifically, non-personal services will complement the existing Federal workforce where the contractor shall provide support in the following key functions on behalf of WRAIR’s mission: Professional Scientific & Technical Development Program & Administrative Management Laboratory Management Clinical Trials Research Protocol Review Physiological Research Psychological research Veterinarian & Animal Care Statistical Analysis Polysomnographic Clinical Monitoring Field Research
