The prospective bidder must notify the points of contact listed in Section C of the solicitation to receive a request fordrop off invitation from the government. Submission of documents via DoD Safe without receiving a request for drop off will not be considered. This special consideration is being provided only as a result of submission errors with the PIEE Solicitation Module. Section L of the solicitationremains unchanged. The intent of this forthcoming solicitation is to award a contract for management of the Meeting, Programmatic, and Administration Support Services (MPASS) sponsored by the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP). The objective of this contract is to provide support services for strategic planning, vision setting, programmatic review evaluation, and other programmatic support for the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) and other subordinate organizations within the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC). This support encompasses providing meeting support, programmatic support services, administrative support services, and publicity and public affairs support to collaborate the inputs and outcomes of strategic planning, vision setting, and programmatic review. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference. The PWS is only in a DRAFT version. As such, the Government reserves the right to make changes/updates/alterations/etc. related to the PWS in future solicitations related to this announcement.
