Background/Overview: The purpose of this requirement is to supply WRAIR with a Drug Discovery Software Platform, which integrates homology modeling of protein targets, drug discovery, design and lead optimization of antimicrobial small molecules against number of microbial targets, performs molecular simulation, modeling using x-ray diffraction data, and visualization for presentation and publications. BDB currently uses legacy data that can only be accessed using Molecular Operating Environment (MOE).
