The Contractor shall provide USAMMDA with a Deployable Veterinary Anesthesia Apparatus. The Deployable Veterinary Anesthesia Apparatus should meet the minimum essential characteristics listed in the Veterinary Anesthesia Apparatus Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) document and requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFQ). The Government intends to award a maximum of three (3) contracts to vendors that meet all requirements as detailed in the RFQ. The government intends to purchase a minimum of one (1) Deployable Veterinary Anesthesia Apparatus from each contractor awarded a contract. See the attached Request For Quotes (RFQ) and amended RFQ.
