This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH22Q0120. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. This is a total small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 562211. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing services that will dispose of historical radiological materials that cannot be decayed-in-storage and disposed through the onsite provided waste services. USARIEM also requires decommissioning services for several pieces of equipment to provide a certificate of decontamination so the equipment can be safely turned in as it is at the end of its useful life in accordance with the Request for Quote.
