THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USMRAA) on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) is seeking to procure Oracle Brand Name product licenses and support. USAMRDC uses Oracle software licenses and databases products to achieve its mission critical and support applications. These Oracle products are used extensively and the support applications have been integration with Oracle products. The anticipated period of performance is for 29 November 2021 – 28 November 2022. No support option years will be included. This RFI is to gauge interest in the upcoming requirement for Oracle Brand Name products to include Oracle 12 Advanced Security, RHEL, Oracle 12 Advanced Security, Windows, Oracle 12 Application Express, RHEL, Oracle 12 Business Intelligence, RHEL, Oracle 12 Data Integrator, RHEL, Oracle 12 Tuning and Diagnostics, Oracle 12 Tuning and Diagnostics, RHEL, Oracle 12 Tuning and Diagnostics, RHEL, Oracle 12 Tuning and Diagnostics, Windows, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus, Oracle Enterprise 11g with OEM, Oracle Enterprise 12c/19c with OEM, Oracle Enterprise 12c/19c with OEM, Windows, Oracle Enterprise 12c\19C with OEM RHEL, Oracle Financials, Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Identity Manager Connector - Oracle E-Business, Oracle Project Analytics, Oracle Project Costing, Oracle Secure Enterprise Search, Oracle SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware, Oracle Unified Business Process Management Suite, Oracle Weblogic 10.3.6, Windows, WebLogic Java 1.7 Standard Edition, Windows. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will be used for market research purposes only. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is posted it will be on NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP). A review of the NASA SEWP contract was completed and it was determined that it could be utilized for the procurement. If your company is able to quote Brand Name Only Oracle supplies via SEWP, then please provide product literature, technical specifications, and product availability.
