This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is: W81XWH21Q0177. This is an unrestricted requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314. The following action is to be completed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) for Confocal Microscope according to MECs characteristics listed in the Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05 which is effective 03-10-2021. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) includes all Federal Acquisition Circulars through 2021-05. Beginning in fiscal year 2019, designation of Federal Acquisition Circulars was changed to reflect the fiscal year in the first four digits and the sequence of the issued circular in the last two digits.
