The following action is to be completed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES) for an Agilent Technologies Gas Chromatograph Headspace Sampler according to MECs characteristics listed in the Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05 which is effective 03-10-2021.
