Amendment 02 is posted on 02 Feb 2021 to resolve ambiguities discovered in ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1(DEV), VOLUME V - Price. This amendment clarifies that it IS permissible for Offerors to add labor categories to those listed in Attachment 5, and that all labor categories included in Attachment 10 MUST have a corresponding base ceiling rate in Attachment 5. This amendment also requires all proposals to be valid through 31 March 2021. Resultant proposal revisions are due by the date and time listed on beta.sam.gov.
