This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army's Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center's (TATRC) has a requirement to procure one (1) PACSTAR Communication System (Brand Name Only). The Government intends to award a single purchase order (PO). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111. All offerors are responsible for checking for amendments to the solicitation on https://sam.gov. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for an Offeror's inability to access the documents posted at the referenced website. To be eligible for an award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at https://sam.gov.
