This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement in support of the United States Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL) has a requirement for one (1), two rugged box data acquisition system (DAS) capable of simultaneous recording and conditioning of at least 16 data channels at a minimum of 1MHz sample rate per channel. The DAS must meet the requirements of the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) identified in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a single purchase order (PO). This is an 100% small-business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515. All offerors are responsible for checking for amendments to the solicitation on https://sam.gov. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for an Offeror's inability to access the documents posted at the referenced website. To be eligible for an award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM).
