This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; 12 July 2021. This acquisition is brand name or equal and full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The acquisition is Set Aside for Small Business using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria.
