This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; 12 July 2021. This acquisition is brand name only and full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills with a size standard of 500 employees. The basis of award for this acquisition will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions: All questions pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Karyn Williams, Contract Specialist, Karyn.m.williams2.civ@mail.mill no later than 14 September 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. The subject header of the e-mail submission of questions shall include the RFQ number W81XWH-21-Q-0213. Questions received after this date will not be accepted. RFQ Due Date: Response to this RFQ is due via e-mail no later than 17 September 2021 at 10:00 AM EST via e- mail to Ms. Karyn Williams, Contract Specialist, karyn.m.williams2.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. UPDATE: Amendment 0001 to RFQ W81XWH-21Q-0213 has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the part number on CLINs 0001 and 0002 from AKS-AG584 to AKS-AG854. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
